So back to the stealing thing...

If you've created something and someone takes it without your permission, is that stealing. Say you've created a website, and it's been bought and paid for. Later you see the graphics and site you've created elsewhere. Same exact pages, only different links. Is that stealing? At the very least shouldn't you be notified?

In any case, if it's not considered stealing, it should be!
